we just hired this guy as a machine operator in Vancouver. He came with good references. He gave us a fake resume. De He has zero experience as a machine operator. He allegedly caused an accident at a recent job site. We asked for a drug test and he refused and stormed off the job site. We did a little more research and he is a convicted thief and has allegations against children under the age of 11. Turns out he goes by multiple names. He almost killed someone. Don’t make our mistake.
