13dec2022 customer service rep was a young lady wearing pink glasses with the most disgusting attitude. Extremely passive aggressive and rude. Showing the customer the details of a purchase shouldn’t be a chore…that’s your job. Do it better or quit. Hire customer service reps who actually want to do their job
