Trip.com — Three weeks to book a flight

We’ve been trying for more than 3 weeks now to book a flight with trip.com and to use our credits that we had from a flight canceled because of COVID-19. They keep telling us to wait, but the trip is in a week and we still haven’t received our tickets. We need it to be booked to take time off at job and to book our airbnb. We are tired of waiting. Last time we are using trip.com to book a flight. Book our flight
