TravoLook.in — Refund

Hi, On 18th Oct 2021 i have booked a ticket from the “travolook”, the payment got deducted but not received confirmation. After a few minutes, I have received a call from the company stating that ” due to fare increases” your flight got canceled and a refund is initiated which will credit in 10-12 days. Post that i have booked that same flight through a different website and the same got booked. I have gone through the profile of the company and found that this is not with me there are multiple complaints raised by the customer against “travolook”. Post that i have decided to write a mail and after confronting them about the fare increase is vague they have come with different thing that’s “operational issue”, after that they have stopped replying to my mails. Even on call that i have made on 29th Oct, 2nd Nov and 10th Nov i have received only fake promises and on 2nd Nov customer representative disconnected my call. It’s been more than 20 days and till now they haven’t refunded my money and still this website is showing on search engines even after doing fraud with the customers. Please take necessary action and help with the refund of 3,490. Thanks, Pradeep Bisht
