I am a Veteran. They came to my home and inspected the roof in March, I was told they would send my information to the insurance company. I received a check from my insurance company. The rep said he would put a tarp on, but it was just a scrap of tarp. Tony says they will call but he doesn’t. I was third on their list, but they never came out to do the work. I called in and talked to the owner, who said they would accpet the ins check, that was 6 weeks ago. Last week I spoke to Van, who said they didn’t get enough money to do the job. Van said he would get back to me. The owner says they will take care of it. They said they contacted my ins company for more money. I called my ins company, who said they haven’t heard from them since March. I would not recommend this company. Any Veteran that is persuaded to use this company, beware, you are not treated right.
