Travelodge Hotels — Was told we was band from the premises on arriving

Booked a hotel room at traveldoge for two, for our anniversary,and on arriving was told we were band for smoking,and both of us have not smoked for over 5 year because of health issues,and I quered the fact and also asked to see evidence and want and also want my money back , and suddenly out of the back room a female appeared said her name was either Sara or steph,she was screaming at us and for at least 5 minutes saying we was smoking in our room, saying we was all banned,even my family which I thought was a bit excessive. She was lucky I’m in poor health because it could of ended differently,we was a a customer of yours for over 6 years and to be talked to like that it is appalling,I will not unfortunately use travelodge again because it was really on our doorstep,but all I want is to be reinbursed my money for the room, and to think I’ve been scammed I’ve wrote to them told me I cancelled on a saver deal,we turned up at 6 o’clock and our entire anniversary was spoilt because of this women and your policy, Reimbursement of money paid
