Travel Reimagine.com. Horrible experience. I didn’t choose to go thru them to book my flight… They chose me. I thought I was on Frontier.com until I got my confirmation from them and they booked me on Southwest. I figured oh well, that’s fine. It wasn’t until this morning (a month later) that I went to check in for my flight on line… and I found out they didn’t book my tickets. They told me that they would have it fixed in an hour. Then, they told me 2 hours. I called Southwest directly and they said they never got paid from the travel company. Southwest was able to get me booked and saved the day. Now, when I call Travel Reimagine… They ask for my booking number and then they hang up on me. I am amazed that a company like this is allowed to be in business.
The way they do business… you would not look for reviews because you don’t even know who they are until the deal is done. After getting scammed… I’ve read dozens of reviews… I think it is just one guy running it and he farms out the complaints to a call center in India. He might even be doing this under different company names.
