I booked a ticket before 1 and half months ago from Travel Look after a couple of minutes I got a call saying booking has been cancelled due to flight is not available but they assured me saying my refund will get reflected on the same account within 7-10 days but in between I called more than 10 times to the given customer care number. Everytime I call their responses are the same, everytime they give a reason like because of some technical error your transactions has been cancelled will initiate again but till now I haven’t got my refund yet. This company is real fraud, Openly looting people harassing mentally and economically. Despite me explaining all my problems they are not giving my money back, due to covid we all are suffering economically but company like this are exploiting us and our hardworks such company should be punished officially, Never ever trust this Travel Look cheapsters. Now I am totally tired of them. Kindly take proper initiatives against such fraudster, I would say their karma will neva leave them.
