TracFone — INEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve been with Tracfone for 20 years and changed phones a couple to times but my recent change was a nightmare. I had a 6-year-old flip phone and got a text that it was no longer going to be supported so bought a new phone… TracFone box, TracFone identity numbers and booklets and tried to transfer my remaining 3 months and 1000 minutes to the new phone… a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, you have to get past an automated system that doesn’t want to let you out of it to speak to a person and then I spent 2 hours ….I hour on 2 days speaking to 5 different people who couldn’t get my phone activated…. old phone used ATT or Verison and new phone used the other carrier…. doesn’t matter to me as long as the new phone works but they couldn’t do it and had to have one woman transfer me to someone who spoke better English because I couldn’t understand her to talk and one woman I spoke to had a rooster morning crowing and had to be in the same room with her …. not outside… 5 people and never got my old phone transferred to the new phone so their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
