The technician and the customer service agent does not represent anything that the mission statement says. I asked if the technician is knowledgeable in working with a certain appliance brand (Bosch). The customer service employee said, “we work on Bosch all the time.” . After explaining the situation, there was nothing satisfactory that was offered by customer service. I then, requested to speak to a floor manager or anyone above who I was dealing with. The customer service employee stated that she was something who had authority and can make judgement calls.
