Toms.com — Bad business practices

Ordered a pair of shoes on a Sunday night, website says 1-3 days for processing. Ordered them to hopefully get here within the next week. It’s been 5 days there still in a processing state. Customer service says shoes cannot be canceled but also can’t tell me when they will be out of a processing status. Also, they are not able to transfer to a supervisor even if willing to wait. This is bad business practices and overall bad customer service. I no longer want these shoes and there’s no way of canceling them even though they have not shipped. Also having to wait for 24-48hours for a supervisor is also extremely bad business practices and customer service especially when customer service reps just feed you whatever you want to hear or hang up on you entirely.
