Asked Tom Drexler Plumbing to install our pre-purchased water heater. They came in tried to install it. But left after several hours of troubleshoot. They told us it was fixed. Tried to take a shower and no hot water. Only to find out it still wasnt working. Called them up, same guy came out. Talked on the phone with manufacture and then left saying he was getting a combustion analyzer. Never returned. And they are now dodging or calls. We (me, my wife and autistic kid) have been without hot water for 2 days.
