Tim Carr is from Wilmington, Ohio; he is currently a probation officer. He cheated on me, and now uses his power to keep dragging me to court. He has filed multiple complaints with the police!! He is also abusive, each time I would try to leave him, he would threaten suicide. This man does not want this pic to get out, but he won’t leave me alone by always taking me to court.
