I was attempting to buy 3 matinee tickets for the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall on December 18. When the tickets came through they were for the evening show on November 18. (This is the day after my husband’s surgery so there is no way that I would have intentionally selected the 18th of November. ) I got on the chat option because there is no other way to contact them. I tried to explain the problem, but kept getting automated responses. The automated chat (robot) notified me that the tickets could not be refunded, but I could transfer them to a friend. The response indicated that the event holder has not released the tickets for exchange. There was no one to transfer them to, so I went ahead and purchased 3 tickets for the date that I wanted. I kept trying to see if the tickets could be released for refund and finally, the response came back that I could exchange them for the same event, same venue different date. By this time I had already purchased the additional tickets. Once I thought about it I thought that maybe I could get 3 people to come along for us, so I attempted to exchange them for December 18th. The chat seemed to indicate that they made the exchange for me, but when I looked at my account. I now have 12 tickets. 9 of them on the wrong date. I have screen shots on my phone of the entire chat. I went back to them to let them know that this was again wrong. But no answer so far. I found a phone online for customer service, but the number just keeps ringing then hangs up. I am sick over this and will need to be taking care of my husband after his surgery tomorrow. I can’t spend too much more time on this. I have spent countless hours and sleepless nights on this already. at the end of the day I’d like to have no more than the 3 tickets I originally ordered for December 18 at 1 pm and all other $ refunded.
