I purchased a ticket to in this moment back in February 2020. Now the concert has been rescheduled and the venue it is at is requiring vaccination, can’t do a negative test, only vaccination. I am not vaccinated and will not be getting vaccinated and when I try to get a refund it says I am past the window for a refund or a credit. This is absolutely not OK. They need to give me a refund!
