I’ve tried over and over to email Ticketmaster for a refund due to being exposed to COVID. The Ohana Festival website clearly states refunds will be issued for people exposed to COVID and so I contacted them via email and I get templated responses saying the event is not allowing refunds. I purchased tickets and there were no restrictions but then the policy changed and I couldn’t comply with the new guidelines due to being quarantined so I requested a refund. I just want my money back for the event
