I paid over 700 and never received my tickets. This appears to be a scam. Never received tickets.
We purchase tickets for the Panters/Browns game on 9/11/2022 (3 tickets). I went to will call and customer service because I didn’t receive my confirmation. I was charge $300.33. No one could help us at the windows but sold us 3 more tickets because they could not find anything showing that I purchase tickets. I disputed with my bank and today it was being process again because ticket master declined the credit back to me. While on the phone with the bank, the email address under my name and address doesn’t belong to me. How can I get my credit back for tickets I didn’t receive.
