Ticketmaster — I wasn’t giving what i was paid for

I bought 2 tickets for a chase atlantic concert, and made sure they were standing, anyways the venue changed and was held at the eventim appollo instead, well i thought i’d get the same tickets that i had bought and yet i was giving seats that were far away and not what i had paid for, i tried to get in contact with ticketmaster and try resolve the issue, i tried calling their number, emailing, messaging on their social media platforms, and using their help desk and customer service and i either got no reply or was told that there was nothing that could be done and that there wasn’t any standing left so not everyone could get them, anyways there was a sale for more tickets for the concert and when i got on there were many standing tickets, which i am appalled by, they lied to customers and did it to many people, and said that there wasn’t enough room for more standing tickets, or that the amount we paid for standing originally didn’t amount to what they would be in the new venue, yet when they sold more standing tickets they were cheaper that what i paid originally, so it’s all just a bunch of lies and i will never be buying with ticketmaster again, so very disappointed, such a unethical and unprofessional brand. I would like my money back for the inconvenience and for not giving me what i paid for and also lying blatantly to everyone.
