Thomas Overly – San Antonio, Texas

I know this guy for very many years we went to the same elementary, middle, and high school. I’m about to get married and needed a DJ for my wedding and asked him to DJ, he asked for a $125 deposit so I sent him the money thinking I could trust him since I’ve known him for very many years. I tried to contact him to give him heads up on the wedding and to discuss songs for my wedding. I tried to text, call him, email him, and even sent him a message on Facebook but he never once responded back and I was getting the impression I was being scammed. So I put a post on his FB page to get the attention he responded back stated he promises to DJ at my wedding he came up with excuses why he hasn’t responded. So I even messaged his girlfriend about it said that If he doesn’t deejay at my wedding then he will refund my money back said that she would reach back to me before Monday.

So I message her on Sunday says that she did not like how upset I got at her boyfriend and that she doesn’t want him to DJ at my wedding, she said I’ll get my refund when they can but they can’t right now cause they have no money, then she blocks me. So now I have no DJ for my wedding and got ripped off $125. So I feel very betrayed and I’ve been conned by this “supposedly trusted friend”. So if you need a DJ for a wedding, party, birthday…please do NOT contact “Thomas Overly” he is nothing but a SCAM ARTIST!!! He will take your deposit and run!!!! He can’t be trusted and doesn’t want anyone else to fall victim to his lies.
