I’m making payments on a 2010 Ford Escape from THE KEY in OKC. The Key has had my vehicle for 6 months now. I originally brought it in for a misfire and blinking check engine light. The day I brought it in I was given a Hyundai Tuscan that had issues with the brakes, fuel injector issues causing the vehicle to jolt while driving, constant leaking air from the passenger back tire, and no middle back seat belt when I have 4 children. I constantly asked for a new loaner and was told one wasn’t available until I emailed the service manager. They’ve now given me a car which all 4 tires need replaced there is absolutely no traction it’s down to the thread and every belt squeals. I’ve been told 3 times my vehicle was fixed, went to get it and each time it wasn’t fixed or another problem arose. They have now had my vehicle a total of 6 months and I’m paying for a vehicle I can’t drive, with loaners that aren’t safe.
