The Salvation Army USA — i was discharged from the ARC and many of my valuable belongings which had been stored were somewhere were not returned and they claim they did give me my stuff back, but they are delusional .

i was discharged because i decided to leave after having a seizure in work therapy and been giving valium with the IV in the ER. They accused me of lying and i told them to call the hospital and the doctor ed i was telling the truth. Anyhow they accused me of drinking and i said i wanted all my valuables back and i would leave. Upon admission, i spent almost an hour with one of the senior beneficiaries detailing and listing an inventory which was very meticulous. upon my dismissal when the guy was telling me he gave me all my stuff and i said your crazy, there is a detailed list of everything i brought in which is in my file and i demand that you get that inventory list and check off what you say you have given me that way there is no discrepancy or grey area. he steadfastly refused saying that this list which i signed upon admittance was proprietary info. finally i got the intake director to agree to get the rest of my stuff if i came back in 2 days. Bottom line is they have a standard procedure for a reason and when it was time to prove what they had not given back they just kept denying me and refusing to produce the list which included laptop ipad 5 pairs of new shoes in the box, binoculars , persol sunglasses and approx value of 5k. The fact that they refused to refer to something that i signed is totally against protocol and i think a small claims judge would agree. they need to give me all my belongings back or compensate me
