We have tried donating numerous times at this location. We are cleaning out our garage and have a truck full of new and good stuff. Today I called because I live 2 mins from there. I called and they told me the truck was empty and they were taking them. I was there five minutes later and when they saw my truck full they rejected us so that they didn’t have to work! I told the bald-headed guy we had called and he said it just got full. Employees should get trained by the ones that work on La Palma street in Anaheim. They are nice and always willing to help. They never reject our donations. They welcome them. It’s so sad I have to drive 25 mins away because of some lazy employees who don’t want to work!
