BUYER BEWARE!!!!! *The Ridge Wallet Company DOES NOT HONOR their lifetime warranty! OVER PRICED, CHEAP QUALITY, HORRIBLE SERVICE. This is a dishonest company. Take your business and money elsewhere! The money clip broke off my wallet when a waitress knocked it off a table at a restaurant (barely fell 3 feet), They use cheap rivets to hold it on that are way to small. Also, the elastic that holds the two halves together is cheap and stretches out very quickly, allowing your cards to just fall out! When I requested a replacement through their warranty I was told “they could not fix it or offer me a replacement but could offer me 50% off a new one!????” Wow, REALLY??? Why would I give you more of my money when you tout your products have a life time warranty and then you not stand behind it. You really must be as naive as you run your business, or you just assume all your customers are. Sadly, this company has clearly forgotten where they’ve come from and are just trying to grab every penny they can using fake advertising of inferior products. Thanks a lot Brian M for your lousy customer service. Keep your over priced, poor quality wallet. My Military and LEO brothers will make sure not to support your DISHONEST, DISINGENUOUS company! DO NOT BUY RIDGE ANYTHING……..BUYER BEWARE……
