On May 13 and 14, 2021, The House Doctors worked on my property to fix two areas of rotted wood on the outside of my house. There are holes in the repaired area, the workers left apoxy all over our siding, and the pieces that were put in do not align with the edges of the siding so that a metal connector is now hanging off the side of our house. I contacted the company to discuss how the situation can be rectified via phone message, email, and text message, each of which were ignored. In my messages, I asked for my check not to be cashed until we had spoken, which was also ignored. This business needs to fix the work that was done or refund my money.
