I was In contact with a guy who made a advertise himself as a computer engineer and a google Admob agent so he asked me to send him money in exchange for an app I sent him the money but to my surprise, he sent a fake app that is not working. I tried chatting him up to make amends but he never replied back. I want his account to be blocked. I don’t want him to scam others the way I was scammed and also get my money back if possible
