I called Tax Ease twice. Both times the person who I spoke with had various answers to the same question. I asked if the payment plan could extend more than 30 months and she stated no, we were allowing longer plans however Covid is over! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a number to leave a message yet NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. With Tax Ease charging 18% interest, how can they expect someone to pay off their debt? With the second call, it was hard to understand the woman, because her dog kept barking. Mr. and Mrs.
