We are a seller with Takealot.com. 3 Months ago we were asked to remove excess stock from Takealot’s Cpt and Jhb DCs during their initial stocktake. We were informed that Takealot would arrange deliveries as it was not convenient for us to collect. To date, we have not received our stock back. For 3 months we have repeatedly emailed and telephoned asking for this. Takealot claim they have returned our stock, but the PODs provided are false! We have asked repeatedly for management to contact us, but no one has. We consider Takealot in breach of the SLA with our company. We URGENTLY DEMAND ACTION! We wish to put in a CLAIM against them. URGENTLY! By telephone or email. We need to put in a claim for this missing stock. Please assist us URGENTLY! Thank you
