On Monday, March 21, 2021, my fiancé and I signed up for promotions and events with the Stratosphere Hotel to attend The Grandview Timeshare Seminar. A $50 deposit was collected and we were informed that the money would be returned upon completion of the Seminar. I have been trying to contact someone within this company to resolve this matter, but with no responses. They have all of my information, so there is no excuse for this inconvenience!
