Taco Bell — Wrong order and worst customer service

I got home and was given the wrong order. I tried calling and phone went to voicemail. I am now frustrated and had to go back and explained through drive through I got the wrong order. The cashier had no empathy and asked what I ordered and asked me to come around. The cashier did not look my way until I honked my horn and never apologized for my inconvenience. I then asked for the supervisor and asked her why was the phone going to voicemail and she states she tried to fix it and as of today 92022 their phone is still not working.I asked for corporate number because I was dissatisfied with the service. I called the next day 913 and spoke with a person in customer service complaint Dept and asked for a district store manager to call me, I was not interested in a coupon and was told I would hear from someone in 3 days and as of today 92022 I still haven’t heard from anyone. I would like to have my complaint acknowledged with a phone call regarding the people you hire who are not personable, friendly or empathetic. With a phone call
