Taco Bell — Cannot Read Orders

Three times, just in the past two months, I have ordered a LARGE Baja Freeze. Every single time, I have gotten a medium. I always ordered it through DoorDash because I have it sent to my work, so its not like I can just give ittake it back and have it remade. Just once, accident. But 2 or more times is just ridiculous. It’s as if they don’t know how to read a screen. It simple. I’ve worked in fast food before, and I know what it entails. Just read the screen.
