Tackett Tree did some tree trimming on 8-2-2017 at my home. During this work the employees sold me on installing cabling in the oak tree in front to help prevent limb swaying to possibly keep the tree from splitting. The cable was to have a life time warranty on the installation. The cable came loose from one of the limbs approximately one year later. I called the company several times concerning the problem and after several calls someone finally came to fix it. It remained intact until the spring of 2020 when it came loose again. I again called the company and the person I talked to said that they do not guarantee such an installation. After mentioning that the receipt clearly mentioned the warranty I was told someone would come to look at it. This never happened. I called a few more times getting only an answering machine but no response. My last call was on 11/3/2020. Still no call back or repair of the problem.
