Swiss Chalet — location dirty. staff totally uninterested in customers

Dec. 31. 11:45 am. Our friend had not arrived so we entered and sat at table. 4 staff laughing and chatting . 1 noticed us but did not acknowledge us Husband used washroom. while he was absent one staff member walked by, glanced at us but did not speak. While waiting I noticed how filthy this location is. When husband returned and still not having been acknowledged, we decided to leave .We did not want to eat in a restaurant that was so dirty. We stood and still no response from any staff member. They were totally absorbed in their conversations. I understand that this location may not have table service but someone should have greeted us and explained that. H.O. needs to educate franchisee, or manager immediately. immediately contact owner manager and have a cleaning crew in there. Also the staff need to be educated in customer service.
