I have booked a swiggy genie to deliver my parcel as guest login in swiggy. After sometime he came and picked the parcel. But he didn’t delivered the parcel which contained an electronic item(Projector) neither he informed nor i received any text message of delivered parcel. They didn’t not resolved it yet. They asked to mail it, we mailed it but still no update on the same. i am not able to contact them and NO response from their side.
