This lady is a disgusting pig. I never met anyone like her in my life. Handed her a clean, newly painted apartment. When she moved in, she left the toilet overflow ding with human waste. The apartment smelled so bad, I almost got sick. The fridge was full of rotten food. Even tuna. It was very nasty. She left 70 bags and bags of trash bags filled up with food. I think she has an eating disorder or something like that. Broke doors and windows and door frames while moving. I asked her to come back and help clean up the mess she left behind. There was no response from her. Left a huge safe behind, black white tv, tv, table. Also left a truck behind full of stuff. I had the truck towed out of my driveway since I considered it abandoned. She was told for more than 12 months to remove that truck from my driveway. She would just make false promises and never followed through. After I towed the car, she did not contact me to find out where the car was, instead she went to the police and reported the car stolen. The car had been leaking antifreeze and oil. It ate my driveway away. She was also stealing my electricity. I had a worker come to do work at the house and when he tried to plug his tools in the basement, he realized that Susan was living off the electricity in the basement. She had a few cables running down to the basement and I found out that her electricity had been shut off. Unbelievable. Of course, I removed all the cables, put a lock on my basement, and told her off. We went to court and of course, I won. I had all the pictures and all the receipts for the cleaning, disposing of her stuff, and repairs. She had to pay even though she did not want to. She tried to convince the judge all of the above was a lie, but I had all the facts and the paperwork and pictures to show that my statement was truthful. They are horrible people to rent out. They don’t pay on time, they don’t respect the property. They’ve been evicted numerous times, and before they leave they will vandalize your property. Before they left my property they put numerous holes in the walls, stains in the carpets, broken windows, damaged the furnace, left the whole house with trash everywhere kind of like the dump, and leaving animal waste throughout the house. With all that said they left over 9,000 dollars of damages. Now she moved to 2385 Greenlawn DR. to live with her EX husband. His name is Jeffrey Etter. If you still decide to rent to her, don’t say I did not warn you. There are still good tenants out there. Don’t fall for scumbags like this one.
