We have been without an internet connection for 4 days now. This has a direct impact on my business. There was a switch over from Link Africa to Metrofibre on Wednesday. The ONT was also replaced on Wednesday. Since then we have been without an internet connection. I have probably phoned Supersonic about 10 times now and have spent in the excess of 2 hours on the phone. Apparently, the ONT needs to be reconfigured but Supersonic simply just does not assist nor do they return my calls. Totally incompetence!!!
