Sunglass Hut — Where is the 100% Costumer satisfaction

I just receive the Rayban Facebook on Tue 92121, but im not satisfied because i keeps falling on my Nose so I decided to return it right away the next day which is yesterday.The 2 girls which i guess a sales person there keep telling me that it looks like there is a small scatch from falling the shades. which I dont even use it for 15mins. so what the heck shes insisting that there is a scratch…I was really annoyed and unsatisfied costumer. they didnt know how to handle costumer complaint. accusing me that i dropped it..its a very wrong worng attitude of a sales person. This is happen in West edmonton mall of Edmonton Canada,Upper store beside Abercrombie. I am 100% sure that they just power tripping to the costumer who they want to give the return and refund item and which they just dont want to accept it. attach is the picture of my Rayban thet they said it has a scratch from dropping. i cannot even notice anything. Where is the 100% Costumer satisfaction that the sunglasshut that they always said? They should be trained how to interact with costumer with the returns and refund properly. and accusing the costumer that it looks like it was dropped.they should be aware how the dropped phone looks like and which is a factory deffect.
