Subway — Website is inaccurate

My wife and I go to Subway whenever we can always order online the last three times we had ordered the website says no lettuce in stock I just made an order on your website and it said no lettuce in stock so when I went to pick up my order I asked one of the workers what’s the story with the lettuce he asked me what did I mean I said last week orders the website says no lettuce he then pointed to a container behind the counter full of lettuce I asked why does your website say no lettuce he said it takes corporate a while to update it. I feel we deserve some sort of compensation as eating your sandwiches are good but much better with lettuce so thinking maybe some free footlongs
