I was treated very poorly today and will never return to SUBWAY in my life.
The order taker did not speak English and was very nasty to me:
1. I asked for 2 Number 4s – one small and one large
and the non-English speaking old lady yelled what!?! I repeated myself and then
I asked for clarification on the menu – what does FL Pro meant
2. I said I wanted the six inch number four and the double meat
3. Then she started doing something else – came back to me and asked me what my order was
4. I told her again in English and Spanish and then she asked what bread do I want I asked her what kind do you have and she barked its on the menu and turned her back on me
5. I told her what I wanted and then she went to work on another order
6. She cam back and asked me what I wanted…
WHAT THE **** – I waited patiently for ten minutes as they were busy but then I had to ask don’t you speak English I order four times… then the woman at the cash register went off on me – and she would not settle down telling me over and over again that they are busy and have to deal with the problems of the computer and taking orders and blah blah blah – I told her that has nothing to do with me having to order four or five times – she kept yelling settle down settle down – but I wasn’t the one yelling – she was
7. Obviously she wanted the last word, but I refused to relent and asked her to call the manager and she yelled three times I’m not calling the manager –
8. I insisted and she threatened to call the police three times and I said fine call the police and your manager and I will call Immigration and then she shut up…9. Then the old lady asked me what my order was again. 10. I left and bought cold cuts at Kroger. I’m going to tell this story for the rest of my life and dissuade everyone I know to stop shopping at subway. Subway has has terrible service this century – in the 1990s you were great, but now your online complaint system is evidence that you really do not care about quality or customer care. Your employees always seem to be either vacuous junkies or illegals that these horrible women. Shame on you… There should be a class action suite against you. Nothing – never going back
