I went to subway this morning, December 2nd at 8:06 am to purchase subway with my coupons. For some odd reason the employee had an attitude with me. This is the third time he had a nasty attitude with me, which I had reported one before this one. I had purchased 3 foot long and 1 foot long separate with coupons. the one that had 1 foot long for $6.99 says any foot long for $6.99 so I ordered the chicken bacon and he charged me extra $1.50 for the bacon which the coupon clearly says any foot long. Second complaint, the way he looked at me when I placed my order was very intimidating to me the stare he gave me maybe because he recognize my face from buying 3 foot long at all times. I love subway and whenever I get the coupons I utilize the coupons for the 3 foot long. I am not sure but whenever I purchase 3 foot long it always seem to be an issue with the employees. If this is an issue then they do not need to work at subway because their attitude is very uncomfortable which makes me feel like I am begging and I work very hard for my money and choose to support subway because of the healthy choices that I have. Third complaint: I tried to used my rewards card and he said that my card is not activated. I ask him to re try it but was adamant that the computer says it’s not activated. I have been using this exact same card to every time I go to subway. So I was not able to get my points added to my card for a purchase of $19.83 and $9.36. I do not like to be mistreated for no reason. I want this situation taken care of because this subway location is the nearest to my home and plan on still going back to this subway and I refuse to let him get me out of my character.
