Subway — Rude Service

I just stopped at the Subway located at 12999 Murphy Rd Suite B-6, Stafford, TX 77477. I have been there before. Today (December 16) I ordered a sandwich at about 1:15 pm. The woman who was going to prepare my sandwich is very short, heavy and has a strong Latino accent. She was asking me questions about my sandwich choices. I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I asked her to repeat. She became surly and exhibited a bad attitude. A great person for a customer service job – right? I point out that she was very short because the two other women working there were not short. You should know who the rude one is. Eventually I apologized for not being able to understand her attempts at English. For all I know she is here in this country illegally. I finally told her to cancel my order. She was still rude. I let the other women know I had been coming to that store location but will not be back again. On the way in I noticed that another sandwich shop will be moving in a couple of doors down. I have been to Fresh and Savory. The owner is a good guy, super friendly, and serves high quality food on the spot. I will be giving him my business. I will tell others to go there to Fresh and Savory but avoid the rudeness at the Stafford Subway. It took a while for me to return to buying Subways after your ad guy Jarrod turned out to be a pervert. Now you have rude people who can’t speak English. I am completely and totally done with Subway, forever! Reprimand or fire the employee
