Subway — Refusal to accept any coupons and refusal to give manager’s name

I wanted to use one of any variety coupons and the worker said we aren’t accepting any coupons unless online. I stated it isn’t right that there is always a hassle about coupons here and some of the India background base franchise owners tend to set up in Black neighborhoods and make their own rules. I asked for the name of the store manager which I am entitled. He refused and said that’s personal. The best way is to chastise the employees at this Subway and make any Subway coupons acceptable. Inform them if a customer asks for a manager’s name, you must divulge this information to a customer. I would like a coupon or free entitlement after this experience I can use.
