Subway — Poor customer service and didn’t receive food

Ordered through subway app and DoorDash picked up at 12:30. Called subway at 1:30 and I live 2 minutes from subway. So they said they would remake my food. So I sent my granddaughter since I have a broken arm and can’t drive yet. When she got there they said they hadn’t told anyone that. So they stood behind the counter talking about me and everyone heard them. Embarrassed my granddaughter and she said she’d never go there again.
