Subway — Online order charge

i placed an online order on 1-3-22 at 5:15 pm. My bank account was charged for the order but the order was not sent to the location. I arrived and found out the order was not ready. The staff working could not do anything to fix the issue. She offered to call the manager and she did, not sure what was said but I was told there was nothing she could do about it. Terrible customer service
