I am emailing you in regards to my partner’s card that has been being charged since 28th December 2020 for £49.99 totalling up to £549.89. I find this really concerning how this much money has been leaving the account for nearly a whole year now without any of us knowing. If it was not for someone requesting bank statements for that particular bank account we would not have known. We have been saving money in that bank account for nearly a year now only to find £549.89 as gone. It is really upsetting and stressful how this has happened when no subscription was meant to be in place. I have now managed to get into this and cancelled the subscription I did not know was in place. I received no emails of billingsinvoices and now we are £500 under the money we need for a house deposit. This is also causing a strain on our relationship in the home now too.
I believe I have rights for a refund as a consumer and I hope that we can rectify this.

I do not understand why this has happened. No one has signed up to any subscription and definitely not for that much a month. I have read absolutely loads of reviews online about Shaw Academy saying its a scam, that they charge what they like when they like, other people have been charged a whole year in one go, 3 months in one go. The reviews are just terrible and I do not know how the company is still running.
