Straight Talk — Worst Customer service support

Yes, I am Robert Champ, I am currently a straight talk wireless customer. I recently ordered a phone through the sales dept. on 122921, however it dont show as processed until 123021. I have been tracking the status of my order and after 3 days it still showed as pending. I reached out to customer support via chat. I spoke to a guy named Rodrigo. After about 30 minutes of back n forth, he guaranteed that my phone would be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. At 10:20 a.m. c.s.t. he promised me a tracking number by 10:40 a.m. c.s.t. So I waited, and waited. After 2 hours I began trying to talk to someone on the phone. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of being transferred feom one person to another, and getting hung up on no less than 4 times. I had become extremely frustrated. I tried chat support once more in a last ditch attempt to get something done. I was told I may or may not get a tracking number in the coming days. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and DISGUSTED with how straighttalk customer support treated me today. I intend to contact the B.B.B. and post an EXTREMELY negative review about my interaction and the glaring incompetence of straighttalk wireless customer service.
