I haven’t been able to make phone calls for a week. My Straight talk prepaid monthly amount is current. Been on the phone with them(using a different phone)for hours on end. Replaced the SIM card and the phone worked for 4 hours before failing again. It’s hopeless to expect them to fix it after a week ! Get the phone to work !
