I tried for days after purchasing a new phone to get my service to work properly. My time is valuable to me, and I do not get paid by StraightTalk to call for days about an issue. I need my phone to be able to enter my class at the university that I attend by a PIN. I could not do this and missed quizzes that I could not retake, lowering my grade drastically. I could not call the hospital to check on my daughter. Nor did I have a method in case I needed to call for help with my grandbaby. After talking and chatting with several of your representatives, I was left with very few options because I only had my Straight Talk phone. And I was not helped. I also kept getting disconnected when I called by the agent switching me to different people. I decided to factory reset the phone on my own, and it is working now… I have noticed a large amount of data used in the past few days that I could not have used since my phone was not operating correctly. I am now worried that I will run out of my hotspot or mobile data when I need it. They should have given me the option of resetting my phone but did not. They should take a person’s number if they hang up or are disconnected to be able to return the individual’s call. Call wait times have been up to 30 minutes.
