Straight Talk — Customer support drops calls instead of helping

I bought a $250 straight talk phone and a $35 straight talk plan. went through all the steps to activate it and it registered to my straight talk account. I went through the process of rebooting the phone like it told me to and then proceeded to attempt a call like I was told. I was unable to make a call. I used someone’s phone to call customer support because it wouldn’t let me call on mine. I called in 5 times because when they couldn’t fix it by making me restart my phone they wanted to transfer me to corprate and every time they went to transfer me they drop the call. There is no accountability with this. I spent nearly $300 and I don’t even have a functional phone to call with nor proper suport to fix it. the straight talk customer service reps no longer falsely stating they’ll transfer me and then dropping the calls, and having a working phone like I paid for.
