I have being going to Stop and Shop for over 25 years. I embraced the scan and shop service you started. In the past 3-4 months I have been randomly picked to have my ordered checked ~ 5 times. They never find anything that was not scanned, I am tired of staff feeling that the have the right to rifle through my packed order to pull out items to check to see if I paid for them.This is not random checking. I am constantly being accused of stealing and that is wrong and should not be allowed. At this time I am seriously considering going to a competitor in my area.
