I rely on online grocery shopping as I have no car or nearby adequate supermarket. But Stop and shop does not clearly know their stock as I have experienced ordering items that after the cut-off are unavailable and then it becomes too late to cancel my order. My current order to be delivered today is missing 13 items which are now unavailable. I would have liked to have known this before placing my order. By indicating what is out of stock at the time of ordering or sending an email addressing this before accepting the order for processing so that customer can then cancel the order.
